• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

Third-Party Data: Species data and related information may be subject to third-party licenses (GBIF, IUCN, Wikipedia). Users must comply with applicable third-party terms.

6. API Usage and Limits

• API usage may be subject to rate limits and quotas
• Excessive use may result in temporary or permanent suspension
• We reserve the right to modify API limits at any time

7. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

While we strive for accuracy, biodiversity data from third-party sources (GBIF, IUCN, etc.) may contain errors or be incomplete. AI-generated content should be reviewed for accuracy. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data or analysis provided.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMPLEX EARTH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
